PRINCE2 Training

Our PRINCE2 Foundation course is provided in conjunction with a specialist management training company, who is Certified by PRINCE2. Courses can be provided to both Groups and Individuals, in London.

Since the 1996, PRINCE2 has been on the principal method used in the planning and managing of projects, in a wide variety of projects.

Course objectives

– Participants should gain an understanding the method up to the PRINCE2 Foundation level.

– Comprehension of the integrated elements of PRINCE2 within a work environment. These include the Principles, Processes, Themes and Tailoring.

– The principles of a structured approach to project management

– Understand how to operate effectively within a structured project management environment, with colleagues and other key stakeholders.

Any type of organisation can send delegates on this course. It is suitable for public sector, private sector, small and large organisations.

Specifically this course is aimed at organisations or individuals who need to understand the principles of PRINCE2.  It is good for anyone who wants to learn a controlled approach to managing projects. It is suitable for a wide range of participants; ranging from project managers and business line managers, through to project support and other staff looking to start moving into projects.

Course Format

The Course can be taken in London, at our fully equipped training centre. We are a Microsoft Academy so our IT equipment contains Microsoft Project, for those interested. If you would like bespoke in-house training, please contact us and we can discuss.
