Course Objective
This course is especially for those currently in, or looking to fill, a front line Receptionist role. The Receptionist course aims at getting your job ready within the two day course frame. It is also geared to allow the addition of supplementary office skills training on a flexi-time basis for those looking to perform other tasks whilst performing as a receptionist.

- Communication skills for receptionist
- The importance of quality customer service
- The ability to be assertive
- Multi taking and multiple simultaneous clients
- Telephones and their effective use
- Difficult situations
- Use of positive but firm techniques
Course Delivery
Live and very interactive tutor sessions.
Action plan for each student.
Course requirement
Good basic education; English GCSE useful.
