Course Objective
To provide a foundation in Business Administration skills for support office staff in any sector. You will be ready for work as an administrative assistant on completion of the course provided you have the related IT and keyboard skills to combine with the course.

- Business documents, letters, faxes etc

- Basics of financial transactions
Course requirement
Good general level of education.
You will need to train to proficient level in MS Word and Excel if you do not already have these skills; this can be booked as an add-on to this course.
